DESIGNING YOUR LIFE ON PURPOSE - YEAR LONG COURSE

Are you ready to live your most amazing life?  The life you are always dreaming about? Do you think you are happy and content and “this is as happy as I should be?” or do you wonder if there is more out there? THERE IS!
I am living proof that you can call into your life EVERYTHING that you desire.  You can reinvent your life. You can live your ABSOLUTE best life at any age, any time and from any where. I will guide you to DESIGN YOUR BEST LIFE and learn how to call in all that you desire, and I will stay with you every step of the way.  It does require work, but, hey - isn’t wondering, and wishing, and hoping, and being scared just as much work?  Plus, all of those things do not have the fringe benefits of being absolutely amazing at the end of the day!

How it works: 

I have broken down life into 12 different categories, and each month we will concentrate on one such category.  And I mean, REALLY concentrate. There will be group coaching calls in addition to two different individual coaching packages, available in limited numbers.  There will be 3 “Supernatural, Super You” coaching packages available, which will include weekly one on one 30 minute coaching calls for the year, and  10 “Journey to Your Best Life" coaching package available with monthly one on one 30 minute coaching calls. All coaching packages also include text support between calls so you are never alone in your quest. Additional coaching calls can be purchased a-la-carte as well.

Each month, we will explore a new area of your life. Through an exclusive meditation you will be asked to meditate on the area of life we are exploring. From that meditation. you will create a “Mantra” around that months area. From that Mantra, you will script what you would like that area of your life to look like in 30 days, 1 year, and 5 years. You will be given a visualization guide to help you visualize how you would like each area of your life to look.

You will also practice the “Meditation for Life” (guided), have journal prompts for every day of the month to reflect on what we are working on, and be given a “quest” for that month (with many, many examples). Then, at the end of the each month, you will be asked to think of a “minimum” that you would like to maintain for that area of your life FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, and we will explore how to achieve that as well using 'Non-Negotiable Set Points'.
  • "Non-Negotiable Set Points": a set point is simply a bare-minimum threshold you establish for yourself that you promise you will not go below. A set point differs from a goal in a critical way; goals pull you forward, while set points help you maintain what you have. (Hint: you need both!) You can establish set points for anything important to you. Here's the secret; you can use set points not only to prevent or reverse slipping, but also to improve over time. Imagine getting fitter as you get older . . . more intimate with your partner . . . more secure financially . . . or closer to your kids. There’s a super-simple 'set point mind trick' you can deploy that ups your game in amazing ways. This course will get you started on setting up your own set points.


How do I know this will work?  
This is the system I unknowingly used to be one of the most successful women in my field worldwide. This then became a system I used when I had to escape a broken relationship and re-invent my life and career. Through this I became a student of life and discovered how to life my best life AT ANY AGE.  I used Non-Negotiable Set Points to get to my goals and maintain them.
Further, this the system I used for two years, which I then tweaked and played with until I brought it to you. Over that time, I was fortunate enough to meet a great coach who helped me (and still does) . . . so I know the importance of weekly and monthly one-on-one calls and how powerful group coaching a support can be.
Now I live my best life everyday and I am here to help you do the same!

2020 - The Year of Your BEST Life!

In a nutshell, this course gives you ​support and inspiration to live your best life.  Here is what you will receive to achieve that goal.

  • Monthly visualization about that months' topic - yours to keep! 
  • Monthly meditation to help you concentrate on bringing the best version of you to the front of your mind. Based on that month’s life area.
  • Monthly “adventure” goal and prompt.
  • A month’s worth of journal topics (and pages to journal on). Based on that month’s area of concentration.
  • Weekly Facebook group coaching (private group).
  • A gorgeous workbook of more than 375 pages that is your to keep.  Each chapter released monthly​

​January: We will study and explore how to Boost Energy and concentrate on health and fitness.
February: We will study and explore Love, Self love and our Relationships (even our relationships with ourselves if we are single).
March: We will study and explore our work, our careers and how to maintain that work-life balance OR how to know when it’s okay to work a little or a lot harder to reach a goal. (and how to recognize and celebrate when the goal is achieved)
April: We will study and explore our family life, relationships,  parenting as well as our relationship inside our community.
May: We will study and explore leisure and play, and how to have adventure in your life.
June: We will study and explore friendships and how much they add to our lives, how to be a great friend and why you deserve a great friend.
July: We will study and explore money and your unique skill set to manage, spend, save and even ways to bring more money into your life.
August: We will study and explore spirituality. Your spiritual life is important and we will discover ways to honour it that you never thought of before.
September: We will study and explore your pursuits and passions and how to be creative everyday.
October: We will study and explore mindfulness; how to pay attention to the little things that are maybe bigger than you thought. 
November: We will study and explore your environment and how to be content with your heart and your attitude.
December: We will study and explore your Intellectual life and how to bring this whole year around full circle and continue to maintain our “set points” for each of the areas we have visited.
PLUS: Each month we will ADD ON what we did the month before in check point form. The idea is to build on each month’s success until we are living our ULTIMATE LIFE that WE designed!
